Ingrown Hair | The Solution

29 Aug

I’m writing to express my hate on ingrown hair.

Everyone has ingrown hair. Men and women suffer from this since someone really clever decided that having hair was gross and invented waxing and its “I-remove-hair-without-pain” friends.

There’s nothing to be ashamed about… Well, actually there is!

Brands all over the world should be ashamed! How on earth hasn’t any beauty or pharmaceutical brand created an EFFECTIVE product to get rid of ingrown hair?! Can someone explain this to me?

It’s true that some of them did try, but they all sucked at it! And plus we have to hear all over again: Maybe you should do some exfoliation, or maybe you should moisturize your skin, or maybe you should use our hair removal products, cause they really respect skin,  or maybe you should rub something on said area, or maybe you should stop whining and cover yourself… Well brands, OR MAYBE you could stop lying and start working on some great products, for instance!

Or else, we will prefer spending our money in some high caloric ice cream and some chocolate bar, to eat while seeing perfectly photoshoped models without ingrown hair problems.

People, let’s get mad at brands and do a revolution! LIKE this post and spread the word!! Eventually some brand or scientist will hear us!

If you are a tech nerd and you think you could bring Photoshop to real life, speak up and save us all!

(By the way people, I’m aware that I lied naming this post, but I wanted to feel what those wacky brands feel, when they deceive us. I must admit that I can feel the POWER! Lol)

As Free as my Hair | How to tame it

27 Jun

My hair just can’t be tamed! During winter, summer, spring or whatever… In any occasion, I look like I just came out of the jungle and was attacked by several wild animals. It’s lame!

To solve my problem I have a new product that promises to, not just tame my freaky hair, but to protect it from damage caused by sun, wind, pollution and from comments like: “did you brush your hair today?” or “What happen to your hair?” or “Was it raining in the morning?” or “You know what you should use? Hair spray!”.

I’m gonna start using this product now and, hopefully, in a month I can look like a normal person, instead of a member of some remote Indian tribe.

Stay tuned! I’ll talk about the results in a few weeks.

During that time I would love to hear about any hair product that WORKED for you (in case you HAD the same problem) or if you already used this one.

If you want to complain about your undisciplined hair – Be my guest! Unlike Rihanna, I don’t like to feel like “I’m the only girl in the world”.

IDEA FOR A BEAUTY BRAND: If you want to release a new product which main objective is to tame wild shapeless hair – name it LEASH. Cause it’s exactly what my hair needs and I would totally buy it by that suggestive name! :p

Diesel | ‘Like’ Campaign

14 Jun

As usual Diesel innovated again in its new campaign. The concept is bringing the ‘Like’ button to real life – “If we love to tell people what we ‘Like’, why not doing it in real life?”

The project started in Madrid and allows people to ‘like’ products in Diesel stores while sharing it on Facebook.

How? All the clothes display a QR Code that can be scanned by customers. By scanning the codes, shoppers can also see similar products and ‘like’ it on Facebook.

This is not just an entertaining campaign, but also really smart. It allows people to find items that wouldn’t probably be found online and it also lets fashionistas share their style online.

Oh Diesel… You rock!

What do you think? Is this campaign “Smart” or “Stupid”?

DIESEL ♥

Diesel is a hell of a crazy brand! I just love its campaigns, its creativity and its risk taking personality. And Yes. Brands have personality!

This is a photo of its Valentines’ ad, when Diesel released this product. I think the picture talks for itself.

Following its Be Stupid campaign, Diesel launched last week the Diesel Island. This Island is the best place to be! The idea was to create the least fucked up country in the World! Check the video, it’s priceless!

Diesel Island. Land of the stupid. Home of the brave!

This week they striked again and developed a dislike button on facebook. Fans are now able to answer to the question “what wouldn’t you take to a desert island?”, by disliking things on the internet.

 They are just awesome!

Diesel if you’re out there, reading this also-stupid-blog, send a helicopter or a raft and take me to your Island, please!
